What teachers say about CodeSpark Academy
“I used codeSpark Academy to engage my early finishers. It allows my students to practice their coding skills in a fun and engaging way. The app also requires that they are concise with their movements, so it teaches them to not include extra information that is not necessary. My students LOVE IT!” – Melissa S.

Students can learn how to program their own 8 count beat patterns with the Generating Beats activity, using JavaScript block coding. Students can experiment in creating an array of beats on which to play sounds through the use of parameters.
What teachers say about CodeHS
“In my classroom, I used it for instruction with my 7th graders to let them see what coding looks like on a computer. Some of them have coded with symbols before on paper, but I wanted them to see how to make projects interactive. Some of them really enjoyed it and so did I.” – Latecha G.
